As a fellow lover of "weird vintage antique old things," this is my favorite newsletter in my inbox every time it arrives.
Hunting down vintage gifts is my year-long hobby - LOVE these ideas!
(If anyone is still on the hunt, I also suggest pairing a matchbook with an antique brass or enamel matchbook holder; cool antique books with spines for display; vintage hotel or restaurant ashtrays paired with incense (or with soap - they make great soap dishes!); and vintage wool sweaters.)
Very fun! My husband was gifted the Loewe tomato hand soap and I couldn’t tolerate the smell because of my migraine sensitivity. It was a shame because it was nice. Now his coworkers enjoy 😂
DIVINE. Saved this for when I had time to actually enjoy it and am gutted that I missed out on the striped salt shaker & pepper mill but I am ON EBAY RN looking for more #influenced 😂 also can’t believe how into the vintage towels I am. Even as a lifelong thrifter that’s not a category I’ve done much damage in - always stick to tablecloths/napkins etc and the occasional bed linen! You really have such a fantastic eye, and it shows in how thoughtful, beautiful, and FUN every TP post is - there is always something (usually many things!) surprising!! Big congrats on 💯 Also going to put on my vintage robe and pull out my vintage compact today with a little more excitement than I normally give them 😅
after discovering this through the bode post, this has become one of my favourite stacks - every time I see something you’ve picked that I have one of (this time, it’s the cherry pans - a random eBay purchase a few months ago), I congratulate myself on my taste 💅🏽
I loved reading this list! Thank you for all the time and thought, Glenn.💕 #43 made me giggle (I’ve given and received filled cigarette cases), bu I’m slightly traumatized by the copper fish mould-my grandmother had one and inflicted jello moulds on us. Ugh, green jello with carrots and celery…
I love that we all have jello trauma -- my grandmother used to mix in canned fruit cocktail and sprinkle in extra grapes but carrots and celery is a whole other level of yiiikes! I am determined to reverse the curse!
Congratulations on 100!! ✨

I love these gift ideas, too -- I had some similar ones brainstormed so I'm thinking a part II might be in order!

Scented things are hard to gift for exactly this reason - at least someone got to enjoy it! Thank you for reading✨

So much goodness. The citrus squeeze bird! The appetizer picks! The lipstick carousel - never have I seen something like this. ❤️❤️❤️
I have no need for a lipstick carousel but dang, I really really want one! Thank you for being a reader, Sarah!
